Good eleventy resources to get started with
Eleventy (or it's abbreviated form 11ty) is a wonderful static site generator from Zach Leatherman, and it's my preferred tool for building websites these days.
It lets you combine files (like markdown) and templates (in a multitude of formats) to produce web sites, and has a lovely in-built dev server.
Because its output is static, you can host on sites like Netlify and Vercel for free for simple sites.

I learn't from poking around in people's open eleventy repositories for their sites, but right now I see the following as the best resources to get started with:
